I need to draw from it out (for MY sake) --- I work at home and my roomie leaves to go to work.
Last dark (when it happened), I pressed as much as I could 'out' w/ paper towels. Now, how do I take more out after it's dried.(the smell I mostly)?
I've been online, and they suggest baking soda.
The stain is not going to come out----I know that. I only just need to take the smell out,
It doesn't look that bad now---but I know the wipe is stained and maybe damp. Should I "REWET" the area, and put cornmeal on it and try to soak out more moisture (from the hearth rug & the pad? or, only apply the baking soda & press out as much as I can, pressing my foot on papertowels?
Please help!---it's immediately late morning. I obligation answers---FAST!
Answers: Vinegar is a good odor remover. Sometimes an oxy cleaner will both capture out the stain and the smell. Don't waste your time or money on sol-u-mel, melaleuca products are Very overpriced and don't work severely well.
Go to wal-mart or petsmart and they will hold your answer.
