Let it dry out completely and crumple the nouns roughly. The glue is so brittle when dry, they turn to dust and flake rotten somewhat easily.
grasp a toothbrush or a brillo pad and scrub the effect area next to nail polish remover.
repeat until every covering comes off.
this tip solely gets the super cement off, it doesn't restore the color the clothes originally have.

Answers: Acetone, often found within nail polish remover, will break down most instant adhesive. Of course it might screw up your shirt if it's made of synthetics, so interview it on a hidden spot.
Another smaller amount risky alternative is to let it soak contained by water. That also breaks down instant sticky stuff, but it takes much longer - roughly a day or two.
