Answers:    the raining sticky dipper or the powder?

the powder can be vaccumed up

the wet sticky dipper should be removed, mix a small ammount of laundry detergent & hose, pour a very small ammount on the stain kind-heartedly scrub in circles on the stain until it get nice & sudsy ( a baby brush will serve alot) then towel up the suds. rinse near a small ammount of water towel up the rinse hose down, repeat untill stain is removed.

Well, since FunDip is just sugar, you might try using a vaccuum to grasp it up if it's dry. Just a thought. If it's wet, consequently i'm not sure what to tell you.
