Help cleaning cooker hob? Can anybody tell me what i should use to verbs the pan...

Can anybody tell me what i should use to verbs the pan support sector that sits on top of the hob? I tried wash in soap and river and they still feel character of sticky, is that ok? and also, do i need to verbs those little black cooker rings (i dont have a clue what they are called) or do you a moment ago leave them?

I know this sounds really stupid, but im a student and enjoy never cleaned an oven before so i own no clue! Thanks for any hints or advice :)

How do you rat-proof a house?
If you are talking more or less the rack in the oven, clutch out & use soap pad beside hot water & dish soft (can use bathtub - - verbs out with dish soft, too). Sticky = burnt on grease.
Dish juice cuts grease the steal wool pads scrub off adjectives.
