Hello all, I enjoy a new granite counter top and enjoy noticed a stain / discoloration on it gone over from a wqter or something. I have have other temporary wet stains elsewhere on it in times gone by and it has dried but this one have been at hand for 3 days now. How do I remove this and protect it within the future? Had I set these countertops where so sensitive I would've get marble. Thanks in credit.
Answers:    Marble would have be worse, since it is much softer than granite! Call the company that put it in - they should hold some advice for you. Also, produce sure when you remove the stain that you seal the countertops. You can purchase sealer at home growth stores, but don't get the cheapest one you can find - you seize what you pay for! If it is discoloration from sea, it could just be limescale. Try scrub with a non-scratching dish sponge. You can also purchase products for removing stains from stone. Good luck!
sprinkle some baking soda on the stain and beside a damp cloth rub it surrounded by ,leave the dish cloth on the stain for a few hours .This should transport care of it ! In the adjectives use a board to rest anything on it , a natural stone is porous and will hold any liquid if vanished unattended right away.
