Does anyone know where on earth I can buy a cut-throat blade holder to be exact used to verbs a flat stove top?

Why would you want to verbs your stove top like that? It's much easier to buy EASY OFF! oven cleaner. Just spray the top of the stove, let it sit for in the order of 5 minutes and then wipe with a sweaty sponge!
Dry cleaning?
I would think any hardware store has those.

I keep this little guy close to the cooktop. It isn't retactable, so you'd have to hold it away form the kiddies, but works great and has no metal to scratch the top (other than the blade itself which will work fine when used correctly).
