It looked like a Bear shaped soap on the rope but after you used it as it dried it grew fuzz on it until you used it again. Nobody I know have ever heard of it, but I know I have some as a kid (mid 70's).
Answers: Yes! That was the strangest stuff. I never hidden how it grew the "hair". If I recall, the undergo was a pinkish or rosy color.
