Do 'Roombas' really work? ...
Answers: If you are a minimalist, have no furniture, remarkably little low pile carpeting, and nothing on your floor (toys, objects d' art, and the like) they work sensibly well. If your furniture or attractive items on the floor don't have sufficient room for the Roomba to move into or around, it doesn't win cleaned. And, for some reason, dogs find it something to yap and growl at.
Great idea, but for the average individual, not really practical.
we have one and i find it does a honest job on environment pile carpet and lino.
it's set to vacuum on friday afternoons. they aren't in actual fact a vacuum but a brush system.
you just obligation to remember to clean them everytime they run around. we've had a ton of problems beside it because it wasn't religiously cleaned everytime it was used. the brushes clog up justly easily and the sensors, when clogged, can rationale the machine to assume it's bumping into walls adjectives the time.
