Discolored kid clothes from storage? My oldest daughter is 2 years old and my bright daughter is...

My oldest daughter is 2 years old and my bright daughter is only 2 months. After pulling her clothes out from storage I enjoy noticed discolorations. I am told this is usual especially with Carters but is in that any way to catch rid of it? Please only answer if you own tried and succeeded or failed.
