It is called Rit Dye Fabric Treatment - Powder Color Remover and is available everywhere that you can buy cloth dyes. Soak in the color remover, afterwards launder as usual.:)
I would try bleaching them if they are white items. Maybe use a color safe bleach if they aren't. Good luck.
