in my belief; dark refuse bags are equal color as the old army men you used to play next to as a kid. both give me a headache to look at....
Answers: We own both in our store. We try to use the black ones for trash, and during the period when our town demands we bag leaves, we try to use the green ones. (Not sure of the trash guys charge though! lol)
i think they are black.
