I have a spin pool white oven and gas range. Its not a smooth top. I am not competent to remove cooked on food stains. Being white i like to hang on to it clean. Baking soda and dampen worked 1-2 times. Now doesnt. Any homemade solutions to sparking cooktop.

Razor blades will gather off the weighty stuff (like you would scrape windows)

Vinegar will polish and break down the buildup

Soft scrub works for scrub (test a spot first)
