Cleaning/Fixing cat scratch on leather sofas? My cat, god bless her!!!, has taken a inclination to the corners...

My cat, god bless her!!!, has taken a inclination to the corners of my leather sofas - any good tips on how to tidy/clean them up. Not markedly deep, but have caught the leather and raised strands. I'm thinking of shaving them stale and 'waxing'..........
Does anyone know how to gain the smell...
Answers:    We had indistinguishable problem, but our insurance covers ours.I don't really know what to suggest,be careful when shaving the strands stale as you could end up knicking the leather.Wax may work maybe bees wax.There is another product that may help its call REPNAR it keeps leather supple and feed it, to stop it cracking so it may help.People use it on leather bilke suits so you may find it for Dutch auction at a motorbike store.
