Cleaning tapestry? i had tapestry in the attic and dont you know right above...

i had tapestry in the attic and dont you know right above the box be a leak it is a pretty costly tapestry and it have sentimental value it is from italy it is supposed to be a comforter but i never used basically because it was a matrimony gift and i didnt know how to verbs it now its aboutt thirty years matured and smells like stagnent hose down i think it may be similar to a silky blend type material . but the common sense i dont want to wash it is because it have ruffles on the end and i dont want them to bring back messed up and then the drying segment just scare me how do i wash this i steamed it beside a cloth steamer but it still reaks please help me i really dont want this to be ruined

Answers:    Talk to different dry cleaners and see what they read aloud. Don't give it to the first one. Show it to lots and then opt.
