Cleaning silver? Anyone know any easy ways to pocket tarnish off of stearling silver...

Anyone know any easy ways to pocket tarnish off of stearling silver minus using those horrible smelling cleaners? I heard there's a means of access to clean it using vinegar and foil but i forget exactly how.......any tips?

NEVER NEVER catch chlorine bleach anywhere near silver items. It will verbs the finish.
