I am trying to give an estimate on cleaning a townhouse that be recently vacate. The people that lived in attendance were disgusting. The place is really dirty. Like they never cleaned anything at adjectives!!! They left debris and everything there. This is for my landlady who is looking for estimates and I am trying to start my own cleaning service. So I figure why not start there. I freshly don't know what I should charge. Should it be a flat fee or by hour? I am looking at, at smallest 2 full days worth of cleaning....at least. plus the rubbish removal.
Answers: Id suggest that you charge by hour. Thats how I charge my cleaning jobs. Since the place is foul you should charge $15-25 an hour. Or if you do it by day, charge $100-200 a afternoon.
go by the hour you will fashion more you should at least be charging 15 dollars an hour with the sole purpose because she is your landlord put in the picture her anybody else the price you should charge is 20 dollars an hour that is the going rate i know a few cleaning ladies around here and thats what they charge 20 dollars an hour but i digit since you will be working for 2 days charge hourly make more and chrge her 15 dolars an hour thats party the place is nasty but remember you do own to make it worth her money the place have to be spotless then she can recommend you to others thats how you achieve your name around by word of mouth.
