dilute 1/2 cup oxiclean in 2 cups thaw water,mix up till disolved next pore on carpet till you've soaked the stain nouns put a white towle on it and step on it so it's set there. Then consent to stay there overnite. contained by the morning pick up the towel and stain is gone. If stubborn stain do the process again.

I've had pasta sauce spilled into my mat a few times and I used either tide and marine or resolve... take a bit elbow grease but it gets it out
