Answers: I would dream up that it would be the same as wax so first put rime on it and try to scrape away what you can and after put several layers of tabloid towels down on top of it and afterwards a medium heated iron. The newspaper will wick away the chapstick into the towels. You will need to keep hold of changing the towels until it is adjectives up.
