Vanish pre wash spray is fab! but found this as very well, in skin its about 7 pints you are on going on for!!

DO-IT-YOURSELF TIPS FOR REMOVING BLOOD STAINS: Soak or rub washable fabric next to cold water until the stain is almost gone, consequently wash beside warm marine and a detergent. To old or stubborn stains apply a few drops of ammonia* and rinse out again with detergent. On nonwashable yard goods, sponge the stain with cold or lukewarm river. Sponging with for a time hydrogen peroxide* will usually remove any fianl traces of the stain. If not, use a chlorine bleach*, depending on the material. Blood stains that own been set by boil are very difficult if impossible to remove, but on cottons and linens, a melt solution of trisodium phosphate will usually remove such stains.
