Answers: I wash mine, but check the sign on your pillow before trying. The big issue is that you must be capable of dry your pillow in the dryer otherwise you risk mildew forming (which wouldn't be pleasant surrounded by a pillow.)
I also add a couple tennis ball to the dryer to help fluff them up and I launder two at a time so the wash machine remains perched.
