my mom was wash my shirt and right when she pulls it out of the dryer there be a white sopt on my shirt and it shirt was really expensive and they dont engender it anymore.....

how do i bleach it completely white so its even?

Answers:    I would disagree to the previous answer depending on the material it could be bleached white next to bleach, but first I would buy a colour remover to use on it before I bleached it. If the shirt is 100% cotton or Linen consequently it can be bleached.
