Answers:    I've always used Tide (original or unscented) for everything. Recently I switched to a soft for dark clothes call Dark Laundry. It's great. Clothes are clean and they haven't seem to have faded. I still use Tide for white laundry.

Use tide detergent. Also turn your clothes inside out when you swab them
