Best and safest passageway to verbs an engagement ring? Without going to the jeweler.

Without going to the jeweler.
I hold on to a little bottle of Dawn dishwashing liquid contained by my bathroom medicine cabinet (I filled a small plastic 2 oz. bottle near it).
I also keep an old toothbrush contained by there. I put a tiny dab of the soap on the palm of my gone hand, I pull up the stopper on the sink, and I put my rings on my palm and showery toothbrush with warm dampen. Then I just do a real smooth scrub of the rings on my palm. Don't forget the underside of the diamond!
This makes my rings sparkle all the time and ethnic group comment on them, even though I've had them 8 years now!
Buy gooey jewelry cleaner made specifically for your ring material. Use silver cleaner for silvers, and there are specially formulated solutions for others or it will tarnish.

I use Tiffany & Co. jewelry cleaner, but hold found that the liquid blue ones (look like ammonia or windex) work in recent times the same. Remember to wash and rinse your jewelry after polishing!
Hot water and a bit of ammonia. Use a brush to bring into the crevices.

Put it within a small jar with a lid. Add some warm hose down and a bit of dishwashing liquid. Swirl it around a bit and leave it for almost 1/2 hour. swirl it a bit more. Carefully take the ring out so it doesn't drop down the sink. Rinse it off. It will sparkle resembling mad! little bit of toothpaste and gently rub over the gold ingots and use a brush to clean the stone rinse and it will sparkle ...
Answers:    Here's what I do:

1: Put jewelry in a small bowl. Cover with boiling marine and let it sit for 10 minutes. This loosens up any grime, lotion etc.

2: Empty water and cover jewelry near sudsing ammonia. Let sit a couple minutes.

3: Using a VERY soft toothbrush (baby toothbrush), scrub jewelry.

4: Rinse with warm marine, and buff with a soft cloth.

I NEVER use toothpaste or anything abrasive on my jewelry.

DO NOT use this method on pearls, opals or any soft stones though!!
Good luck.
