Answers:    There are many on the open market. Almost all have some type of HEPA filtration.
If cost is not a problem then-
Dyson is probably the best.

If your budget is tight - Sears, Dirt Devil and Hoover, adjectives have some good models.
Make sure you buy form a store that have a minimum 90 day return policy. Keep the box and all paperwork if you do enjoy to return the cleaner.
