Answers: Definitely abandoned it out and dry it after each use. If you close it with fluid still in it, it can become moldy, since moisture breeds bacteria and mold.
If it become clogged, I would try cleaning it out with hot water and white vinegar.
I don't know what the TOBI steamer is, but I know that adjectives manufacturers tell you to emty the sea out of irons and steamers.
