100% cotton T shirt from shrinking ? I have a 100% cotton t shirt and it says to rinse...

I have a 100% cotton t shirt and it says to rinse out in warm dampen. doesn't warm water shrink 100% cotton clothes ? and if i use cold hose down what will happen ?

Whites draw from washed in heat up water, it's the dryer that will cause it to shrink, so newly hang dry it and it should be fine.
Will this clean my clothes effectively?
if you wash it within cold nothing major will develop it just may not clean properly!

Answers:    I use cold water for ALL of my clothes. And I any hang dry, or use the very lowest dryer setting. Haven't lost a shirt however.
